Pouring colours in my life, an empyrean band,
Seven hues, seven symbols, for feelings they stand,
In my rainbow, I lock the secrets of my heart,
The colours in there will speak their parts.
All hell breaks loose when the feisty flames,
Engulf me all with passion and rage,
Vermilion and gods, a holy devotion,
Voluptuous red is my strongest emotion.
Graminaceous green, an earthly bliss,
High mountains and trees, the scenic Swiss,
Nourishing my body with veggies and fruits,
I cleanse my soiled brain and its deep inner roots.
The cyanic sky and whistling winds,
Make me calm, sucking my chagrin,
Cold waters of the ocean tickle my flesh,
Pelagic peace seeps in to turn me fresh.
A rich lemon orb sitting so bold,
Lightens the land, it shimmers like gold,
So does my smile, and my toes and feet,
They twirl happily, on the discordant street.
Love flows like a river where both our hearts meet,
Pink ambrosia and nectar, pure and sweet,
I take pride in my body, my beauty, my essence,
Self-love and respect don't hurt elegance.
I worship the night and its heavenly wonders,
Silver bolts of current and growling thunder,
The poet in me is aroused by the moon,
And the stars as they sing their lullabying croon.
The cold inky blackness where I let out the pain,
Where I scream and cry till my tensed nerves wane,
"Your body is dying," my weak brain says,
"You won't let go," my beating heart prays.
Yours poetically,
